The Judicial Branch has jurisdiction over the Student Body in all cases involving violation of the student code of conduct (cheating, plagiarism, alcohol misuse, etc.) and over all cases involving student organizations, including student government, except all cases reserved to the administration.

Legal Aid Program
In our mission to provide fair, equitable justice for the Clemson community, the Judicial Branch of Student Government provides Clemson students a FREE 30 minute legal aid session with a local attorney. We have partnered with numerous firms in the Clemson, Seneca, and Greenville area that specialize in a wide range of practices in an effort to provide affordable legal aid to all Tigers. To schedule a Legal Aid session, please reach out to the Student Body Attorney General at cujbsg@clemson.edu.
