"Tasked with ensuring that all members of the Clemson community receive fair, equitable justice."
The Judicial Branch has jurisdiction over the Student Body in all cases involving violation of the student code of conduct (cheating, plagiarism, alcohol misuse, etc.) and over all cases involving student organizations, including student government, except all cases reserved to the administration.
Legal Aid Program
We have partnered with numerous firms in the Clemson, Seneca, and Greenville area that specialize in a wide range of practices in an effort to provide affordable legal aid to all Tigers.
LEGAL AID PROGRAM DISCLAIMER: This program may not be used in any action that is against the interest of Clemson University, legal proceedings involving the University, or in any Office of Community and Ethical Standards proceedings. The student understands that by utilizing the service they are agreeing to the terms set forth in the above statement and whereas the breach of these terms could possibly result in the forfeiture of legal aid.
